Courtney Act, Nadine Coyle, La Voix, Bimini and
DJ Fat Tony are heading to Bognor Regis for three nights
of drag, disco, pop and unapologetically queer partying.
January suddenly looks rather more interesting.
Whoever decided January should be spent avoiding alcohol, joining gyms and
generally being miserable clearly hadn’t heard about Don’t Tell Mama.
Returning to Butlin’s Bognor Regis from 29 January to 1 February 2027, the
adults-only LGBTQ+ weekender is back with a seriously impressive line-up,
three nights of entertainment and enough drag, disco and dancefloor action to
shake off even the most stubborn January blues.
Leading the charge is the fabulous Courtney Act, joined by Girls Aloud’s
Nadine Coyle, drag favourites La Voix, Bimini and Divina De Campo, and the
wonderfully acerbic Myra DuBois.
S Club’s Jo O’Meara brings a little pop nostalgia, while Boyband in the
Buff, starring Gareth Gates, promises a rather different take on the boyband
phenomenon.
For those whose idea of a good weekend involves considerably more time
on the dancefloor, there’s plenty to get excited about.
House favourites Freemasons, featuring Russell Small, join DJ Fat Tony,
London’s much-loved BEEFMINCE crew and the Gaydio Dance Arena,
alongside Symphonic Ibiza for a celebration of dance music in all its forms.
Elsewhere, expect OUT OUT! with Tiara Skye and Booty Luv, the
powerhouse vocals of Queenz and a packed programme of entertainment
running throughout the resort.
And it’s not all about the headline acts. There’ll be bottomless drag
brunches, pool parties, silent discos, drag bingo, line-dancing, costume parties
and a full festival-style Dragathon.
There’s even a Kylie Crawl, because apparently listening to Kylie while
walking around Butlin’s is now an organised activity, and we’re entirely on board.
The beauty of Don’t Tell Mama is having an entire resort dedicated to LGBTQ+
entertainment, with your accommodation just a short walk from the action. No night
buses, no expensive taxis and no disappearing home before the final set.
Three nights, one enormous queer crowd and absolutely no reason to behave.
