something altogether more intimate. Every
Saturday, Covent Garden Health Spa
welcomes men for five hours of naked
socialising and cruising, complete with sauna,
steam room, slings, private cabins, dark
room and an enormous Jacuzzi. Towels are
optional, inhibitions rather less fashionable. A
central London institution for those who like
their weekends properly undressed.

code. Hidden beneath City Road, this
intimate cruising venue attracts a crowd
ready to strip away the working week’s
formalities. Expect a decidedly masculine
atmosphere, plenty of opportunities to
mingle and very little interest in anyone’s
actual sporting ability.
