An Alpine Escape
Pride season may be over, but you don’t have to
wait until next summer for a queer celebration
At the end of March 2026, Winter Pride Sölden returns to the Austrian Alps,
a week where shimmering slopes meet unapologetic queer joy. Think drag
brunches, slope-side après ski, themed parties, spa indulgence, and even
helicopter rides and alpaca walks — all hosted with signature Austrian warmth
and our resident queen of the Alps, Sindy Sinful.
Whether you’re carving the pistes, indulging in exquisite Austrian cuisine or
soaking in the hot tubs with the snowcapped mountains as your backdrop, this is
one alpine adventure that blends tradition, spectacle and pure LGBTQ+ magic.

Getting there is refreshingly simple,
too. In late March, there are regular flights
to Innsbruck each week from all London
airports with Easyjet and British Airways.
During most weekdays, you’ll find one to two
flights heading to the destination, but this
rises to a flurry at the weekend. For those
who prefer the scenic route, Eurostar links
London to Amsterdam or Brussels, where Austria’s ÖBB Nightjet sleeper train
carries you into the mountains of Innsbruck in time for the fresh snow of Sölden.
Tickets for Winter Pride are designed to be flexible: choose from threeday, four-day or full seven-day passes, giving you as much (or as little) action
as you like. There are also packages that include some of Sölden’s best
hotels and apartments, so whether you prefer fivestar indulgence or cosy alpine charm, you can find
the perfect base for your pride escape.
Winter Pride takes place from Saturday 21st to
Saturday 28th March 2026.
