DILF London:
Queer Nightlife Goes Weekly at RAES
DILF launches its first weekly London night on Friday 2 October at RAES,
the three-room London Bridge venue formerly known as O’Meara.
Membership is free and open now.
Eleven years. Nine UK cities. Two years of monthly London parties. DILF
has earned its Friday.
“DILF has always been about queer men celebrating and expressing
themselves freely,” said James Hurrel, founder. “We spent two years
testing London monthly and the demand was obvious. RAES has the
character and the three-room layout to do it properly. And if things get a
little wild, we embrace it.”
Membership is the way in
Joining is free. Members get an online space, a customisable digital
membership card, and member codes by email for discounted tickets and
early access to every Friday. Capacity is deliberately limited, so each code
is a new chapter and offers members ongoing benefits.
The music
Every DJ is chosen to fit the room, varied week to week. Opening night
programming is announced on 14 September, with each Friday’s line-up
following on Instagram. Not knowing quite who you’ll get is part of it.
Every Friday, no hunting
That’s the promise. Friday is yours, and it’s the same promise next week.
Opening night is moving quickly. Weeks two onwards are open to
members now, and a limited number of tickets are held on the door each
week for visitors and last-minute decisions.
Photo ID is required and must match your membership name. No ID,
no entry.
